RADIUS Expands Latin America Presence, Adds Major Account Executive in Brazil

RADIUS, a leading provider of global travel management solutions, today announced the appointment of Fernando Marcomini to lead the company’s growing corporate sales and client relations effort in Latin America.
Marcomini joins RADIUS as Manager, Sales and Client Relations, Latin America and will be based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. He brings to RADIUS more than a decade of corporate travel experience, including sales, account management and marketing roles with Carlson Wagonlit Travel and HRG. Marcomini also has acted as Brazil’s Country Manager for ACTE (Association of Corporate Travel Executives).
RADIUS is experiencing significant growth in Latin America. Many US-and European-based multinationals have turned to RADIUS to design and deliver custom travel management programs that meet their needs in Latin America along with other regions. These programs offer these companies local service and support from a tightly integrated network of RADIUS member agencies, such as TTS Viajes in Argentina, Maringá Turismo in Brazil, Blanco Viajes in Chile, Viajes y Turismo Zumaque in Venezuela and Tourexito in Colombia.
Marcomini will work closely with all RADIUS member agencies in Latin America to expand this inbound business. He also will draw on his and RADIUS member agency relationships with top companies throughout the region to accelerate the growth of global business originating in the region. Marcomini reports to Maura Allen, Vice President, Latin America and Agency Services for RADIUS.
